On the beach from relaxing music to beautiful golf courses, beautiful signature restaurants to electrifying bars and lounges Casa De Campo Resort is redefining what a luxury destination experience should be at golf resorts in Dominican Republic.
Casa De Campo Golf Packages are good from April 16, 2017 through November 22, 2017
The newest course and the third by Pete Dye at the luxurious Casa de Campo resort in La Romana is unique with a 300-foot deep river gorge, Mediterranean village Altos de Chavon, mountains and the Caribbean Sea as backdrops. The course itself is expansive measuring a long 7,770 feet with fairways 200-feet wide. Although visually intimidating, the course is very playable and golfers have been raving about the new addition. Big is the word to describe Dye Fore original 18 holes. The fairways are wide, the bunkers are big, the undulation severe and the greens are huge. The challenge is to be able to play shots from different lies. Flat lies are not common on Dye Fore except on the teeing grounds.
Pete Dye’s signature course, the #1 course in the Caribbean, and the #39 ranked course in the world—Teeth of the Dog has a reputation that’s well deserved. Meticulously hand carved from the rugged rock and coral of the Dominican coastline, the hard-fought and challenging creation of Teeth of the Dog is an apt description for what playing a round can be like. Make no mistake, if you dare challenge the Dog it will bite back. But your efforts will be rewarded with 18 jaw dropping beautiful holes—including seven right along the ocean—and the satisfaction of knowing you’ve played one of the best courses in the world. Our most popular Casa De Campo golf course.
Reminiscent of traditional links courses typically found in the British Isles, these 18 holes wind through the interior of Casa de Campo and offer spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the Resort grounds. And even though The Links course might not be right beside the ocean, there’s still plenty of opportunity to go to the beach—no less than five holes feature water hazards. Rolling hills and ocean views offer an unique and fun golf experience. The Links was completely overhauled in 2012 to make it every bit as challenging as the other courses at Casa de Campo.
